Safer Food Better Business - 21st Jan 2009 9.30am - 1pm

Working with food on a regular basis? Need to update your Basic Food Hygiene? Responsible for premises with cooking facilities?

This is a FREE training event designed to help you learn more about the current guidelines and regulations surrounding Food Safety & Hygiene and perhaps clear up a few myths. It is a fantastic opportunity to have any questions you may have answered, as well as a chance to network with other organisations.

NKDC's Margaret Biggin will run the training event, here at VCS NK, and lunch will be provided.
